We operate a 100% Owner Operator fleet built on consistent volume, secured rates, and long-term stability. No slow seasons. No chasing freight. We recently secured major long-term contracts and are actively onboarding 35+ pneumatic trucks. Immediate openings available. Don't have a truck? A limited number of opportunities exist to match qualified drivers with an existing Owner Operator in our fleet. COMPENSATION & PAY STRUCTURE - Gross Pay up to $10,000+ per week . Starting Rate: 82% of gross load revenue — that's 82% of what the customer pays TST. Fuel Surcharge: 100% of the fuel surcharge allowed by our customers EFS Fuel Card: No charge to use our EFS fuel card Weekly Pay: Consistent, reliable weekly settlements Plate Program: Apportioned Plate Program available at $40/week Insurance Options: Physical Damage Insurance at $1.00 per $1,000 of truck value per week (ex: $50K truck = $50/week).
