Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Labor and Delivery

• Independently manage laboring patients and high-risk pregnancies
• Conduct fetal monitoring, labor inductions, and postpartum care
• Circulate during cesarean sections and assist with obstetric emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Utilize electronic medical records and monitoring systems efficiently

Requirements of the Travel RN - Labor and Delivery

• Minimum 2 years recent Labor & Delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate fetal monitoring certifications
• Experience with fetal monitoring interpretation and Epic EMR
• Proficiency in circulating cesarean sections and managing high-risk OB patients
