Employee should understand the culture and philosophy of the bank to perform their duties. This position involves local relationship networks and community knowledge. Is responsible for branch profitability and must be creative in generating leads and contacting customers to promote goodwill and generate business. This role is responsible for displaying strong leadership in the team while encouraging a positive learning environment. Employee must demonstrate professional expertise in all aspects of his/her job duties. • Serve as backup to the Branch Manager
• Perform all CSR and Teller responsibilities as needed
• Collaborate with the Manager on audit preparation and compliance processes
• Assist in scheduling and daily operational oversight
• Support staff development through ongoing training and coaching
• Monitor and assist with branch over/shorts (O/S)
• Coordinate Garda shipments and deliveries in partnership with the Branch Manager
• Adhere to the company’s WE Statements and customer service standards
• Understand and support all BSA/AML responsibilities as applicable to the position as well as consistently, accurately, and timely carry out these responsibilities in compliance with the Bank’s internal policies
• Perform other related work and duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficient with DNA and Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must be willing to learn new systems and adapt to emerging technologies

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures, operating and maintenance instructions, and security procedures. Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully communicate with customers or coworkers. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense to perform assigned duties and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSCIAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use hands and fingers to operate office equipment, telephones, etc. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus

· The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
