Description Kay Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our office team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys supporting both clients and field technicians. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent communication, and high customer satisfaction.
