In this role, you will support core operational accounting processes, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and play a key part in our month‐end close cycle. We’re looking for someone with strong foundational accounting knowledge, the ability to navigate complex data, and a continuous improvement mindset that aligns with our culture of operational excellence. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MNoffice/facility.**Role Responsibilities:*** Conduct AP liability reviews to ensure proper cutoff and completeness, resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal partners.* Prepare and review inventory‐related account reconciliations, ensuring alignment between the subledger and general ledger.* Support excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory analysis, including reserve calculations, variance explanations, and quarterly operational reviews.* Complete intercompany receivable and payable reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of differences. Collaborate with domestic and international affiliates to confirm settlements.* Assist with month‐end revenue cutoff procedures, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and proper revenue recognition.* Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting documentation for monthly financial close activities.* Maintain assigned balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance with internal control standards.* Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, responding to inquiries, and providing required documentation.* Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across operational accounting activities.**Travel:** Up to 5%**Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.* 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in operations, manufacturing, or corporate accounting.* Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger structure.* Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, EPM, or similar).* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Experience in cost accounting or inventory accounting.* Familiarity with intercompany processes in multi‐entity organizations.* Experience with financial close management tools (e.g., Oracle ARCS, BlackLine).* Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions.**Relocation:** This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. **Annual Salary Range:** $65,400 - 83,300.
