Job Description

Job Description :-

• At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

• 2 years performing JIRA , TFS and Quality Center administration . (JIRA is primary and TFS, QC can be advantage)

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to communicate and resolve issues.

• Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze an issue, identify root cause and implement the solution.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume support environment.

• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and drive for results.

• Ability to perform project management and lead responsibilities

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
