Senior FP&A Analyst

The Senior FP&A Analyst will be a critical part of the Finance (FP&A) Team, reporting into the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role you will assist in the GDSO division financial, budget and analysis reporting. This position requires high proficiency in excel and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities. This is a highly visible position assisting in reporting to Board of Directors, CFO, Senior Vice President, and operations leadership.At Global Partners, business starts with people. We show up every day with grit, passion, and purpose—anticipating needs, building lasting relationships, and creating shared value.Your Role, Your ImpactProvide reports and supporting analysis for month and quarter reportingAssist in quarterly financial reporting to the Board of DirectorsPrepare month-end variance analysis for Actual vs. Budget/ForecastAssist in the preparation and compilation of budget reportsDevelop enhanced automation for standard requested reportsAid in reporting implementation of Oracle CloudCarry out all reasonable requests by management that the employee can perform while supplying the highest quality of customer servicePerform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requestedQualificationsProficiency in all components of Microsoft Office, mainly ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeAbility to function in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailExperience with SAP BPC or Oracle Cloud, Narrative Reporting & SmartviewRetail industry experienceBachelor's Degree Accounting or financePay Range$89,700.00 - $134,600.00The pay range for this position is outlined above.
