A chiropractic clinic in Dubuque is looking for a Chiropractic Office Assistant to join their team. This role is perfect for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide patients to treatment rooms in a professional and welcoming manner
- Maintain and organize patient files and retrieve folders as needed
- Prepare and tidy up treatment rooms before and after visits
- Administer therapeutic therapies with care and attentiveness (training provided)
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing tasks
- Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working with phones and computer systems
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Prior experience with insurance verification is a plus, but not required
- Monday: 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Weekends Off!
