Equity Analyst II - Kansas City Office

Summary of the Job Tributary Capital Management is seeking an Analyst II to join our investment team in our Kansas City office. This individual will be responsible for identifying and proposing new ideas for inclusion in our Equity Income and Large Cap Core investment strategies, as well as providing coverage of existing holdings. Candidates must have at least five years of experience (8+ years preferred) independently identifying and recommending equity investments, and must be able to demonstrate an advanced level of insight in company research, investment valuation, and portfolio recommendations. About This Role Tributary Capital Management is a SEC Registered Investment Adviser headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. We provide asset management services to institutions, individuals, and investment companies and manage over $4 billion in multiple equity strategies. We believe in active portfolio management, with an emphasis on fundamental research and security valuation. We have a long‑term investment horizon, which we feel is key to generating consistent portfolio returns. Key Accountabilities Investment Research & Analysis: Develop new investment ideas for the Equity Income and Large Cap Core strategies; provide advanced insight and value‑add through company research, investment valuation, and portfolio recommendations; offer purchase and sale recommendations. Investment Coverage: Cover stocks and economic market sectors as assigned; communicate with portfolio managers and team members to explain news, earnings, and other events. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Finance, Economics, Accounting). CFA designation or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of equity research & analysis experience (8+ years preferred). Ability to make investment recommendations within a well‑defined, team‑oriented process. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to operate and collaborate effectively within a team environment. This is an on‑site position located in Kansas City. Compensation starts at $115,000 base pay plus incentive plan, commensurate with experience. Compensation Base pay range: $89,828–$148,215. Final compensation will vary based on experience, education, and skill level. Work Environment Incumbent will work onsite at the posted location.
