Service Turn Technician

Seeking a full time Service Turn Technician to join Kane Realty Corporation a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential. This Technician will be part of a team responsible for the overall maintenance and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• Electrical plumbing carpentry masonry and painting
• Repairing and treating structures such as showers sinks appliances doors/cabinets walls and building exteriors
• Make ready units for new moveins
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain repair and replace HVAC systems
• Responsible for 24 hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled times)
• Must be available to work some weekends
• Perform preventative maintenance activities
• Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up sweeping and light landscaping
• Pool maintenance
• Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor or property manager

Job Requirements

Service Turn Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents visitors contractors and fellow employees.

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.

Education/Qualification

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen.
