BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a thriving apartment community in Tigard, OR 97223 . This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining apartment homes and community amenities while providing exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general maintenance repairs, including:
  • Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
  • Electrical diagnostics and basic repairs
  • Appliance maintenance and repair
  • Carpentry, drywall repair, and general property upkeep
• Assist with apartment turns, make-readies, and move-in preparations.
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and shared amenities.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests with excellent customer service.
• Ensure all work meets company safety standards and quality expectations.
• Support daily maintenance operations and property appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete repairs independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
