and deliver technical sales presentations tailored to customer missions

BLR Aerospace at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetingsMaintain

plansRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s
degree in a technical, aviation, or business-related field requiredMinimum
5–8 years of experience in aviation or helicopter sales, preferably
in aftermarket or performance-modification productsProven
track record of closing complex, high-value sales and managing long sales
cyclesStrong
working knowledge of helicopter platforms, performance characteristics,
and aftermarket modificationsFamiliarity
with FAA regulations, certification processes, and aviation compliance
requirementsExcellent
negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsProficiency
with CRM systems and pipeline managementPreferred QualificationsFAA
Private or Commercial Rotorcraft licenseCertified
Aircraft Sales Professional (CASP) or similar credentialExperience
