About the Role

As a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse on our Night Shift team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgery, hip or knee replacement, stroke, or heart attack. Our flexible and supportive environment is designed to help you deliver the highest level of care and attention to our guests, with a focus on returning them to their everyday lives as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to guests on our Night Shift, including but not limited to:

  • Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs

  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance our services and outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
