We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Alameda, California . This position offers the opportunity to help patients improve strength, mobility, and independence while working in a collaborative rehab environment. Location: Alameda, CA Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension) Requirements Active Physical Therapist License (California) Current BLS certification Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.) Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function and mobility Document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and home programs Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care Highlights 36 hours guaranteed per week 13-week contract with extension potential Competitive contract opportunity in the Bay Area Supportive rehab team environment Why Alameda?
