What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to connect with prospective customers and share State Farm Insurance products and services
• Identify and qualify leads by gathering the right customer information
• Stay up to date on State Farm offerings so you can clearly explain benefits to customers
• Provide helpful initial information and answer basic questions about insurance options
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions to ensure strong tracking and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport
• A basic understanding of insurance (or a willingness to learn quickly and grow your knowledge)
• Resilience and determination—able to handle rejection while staying motivated to reach goals
• Excellent organization skills to manage and track multiple leads efficiently
• A professional, courteous telephone presence that reflects the high standards of our agency
• A strong drive to meet targets and contribute to the agency’s growth and success
