Work Arrangement: Primarily based at a contractor site within 30 driving miles of Colorado Springs/ Washington, D.C., with onsite support at Department of State facilities as required

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Junior .NET Developer (Programmer 1) to support a large-scale .NET application within a national security environment. This role will contribute to software development efforts involving data analysis, reconciliation and consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance .

Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of a large-scale .NET application.

• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation activities.

• Support multi-source data integration and deduplication.

• Analyze trends and patterns within complex datasets.

• Develop queries and reporting solutions.

• Contribute to user interface design and development.

• Support mobile application development.

• Participate in CI/CD processes and software delivery activities.

• Collaborate with technical teams supporting highly available national security systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• US Citizen

• Active Secret Clearance

• 2+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects, including work with highly available national security systems.

• Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.

• Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication.

• Experience analyzing trends and patterns and developing queries and reports.

• Experience with user interface design and development.

• Hands-on working knowledge of the .NET Framework.

• Hands-on working knowledge of SQL Server.

• Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Located in Colorado or the DMV area.

• Experience supporting a large-scale federal IT program.

• Experience working within the SAFe Agile delivery framework.
