We are seeking passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians, RBTs, to join our growing ABA team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with children, values clinical support and collaboration, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and other developmental differences.About the roleAs an RBT, you will provide direct one-to-one and small-group ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, collect behavioral data, and help clients work toward meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living goals. Services may take place in home, clinic, school, or community settings based on client and program needs.What you'll doProvide direct ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.Collect and document accurate session data.Support communication, social, adaptive living, academic, and play skills.Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication with families and team members.Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.Support a safe, positive, and therapeutic environment for clients.What we're looking forCurrent Registered Behavior Technician, RBT, credential in good standing with the BACB.Minimum 18 years of age.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.Ability to travel between assigned service locations.Strong communication, dependability, patience, and professionalism.Basic computer skills and ability to complete electronic documentation.Physical requirementsThis role requires the ability to actively engage with children during therapy sessions, which may include sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, moving quickly, and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
