Warehouse Backup Driver

We’re looking for someone who: Is motivated and hardworking Is comfortable with heavy lifting in a non climate‑controlled environment Takes pride in delivering great service to customers Works well as part of a team and steps up where needed Is looking for a long‑term opportunity In this position you will: Unload and inspect incoming product (typically 50–75 lb) by hand Pull, stage, and load product for customers while providing excellent service Provide deliveries in a 26‑ft box truck as needed Assist with inventory and damage control Requirements and Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50–75 lb) and constant movement Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening and MVR that meet Amarr driver standards Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines Demonstrated history of steady employment Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Paid Time Off (13 days in the first year, earned immediately) Paid holidays from day one Tuition reimbursement 401(k) plan with a 3% company match regardless of employee contribution Driving bonuses and target bonuses may be available EEO is the Law #J-18808-Ljbffr
