Location: Rural Hall, North Carolina Department: Family Medicine Employment Type: Full-Time, Tuesday-Friday, 7:00am-5:30pm Responsibilities Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide compassionate and evidence-based care. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required. Experience : One year of relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification : Appropriate state LPN license, required.
