Project Manager

BC Construction Group is an employee‑owned ESOP company seeking a Project Manager for commercial and industrial construction projects. Location : Remote-based with regular travel to the BCCG office and job sites. Travel expectations : Standard cadence of every other week, typically 1–3 days per visit. Compensation : $110,000–$140,000 base salary, depending on experience and fit. Responsibilities Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders from startup through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and design documentation. Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Lead project meetings, track milestones, and drive follow‑through on commitments. Oversee risk tracking, issue resolution, and project closeout. Stay closely tied to the project team through consistent communication and regular jobsite visits. Qualifications Commercial or industrial construction experience. Experience with warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or large commercial projects preferred. Strong schedule, budget, buyout, and subcontractor management skills. Ability to lead meetings and drive follow‑through. Clear communication with owners, designers, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal leadership. Strong organizational and documentation habits. Practical, team‑first mindset. Ability to manage work without constant direction. Work Arrangement This is a remote‑based role with travel to the BCCG office and job sites as needed. Standard expectation is travel every other week, typically 1–3 days.
