Senior Manager of Analytics

Leading a collaborative team, the full-time Senior Manager of Analytics will manage analytics projects, develop insights for curriculum and product strategies, and enhance team capabilities through AI fluency in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and data scientists while providing technical guidance on analytics projects Own and advance program and product analytics to measure curriculum performance and inform product strategy Manage project execution and build cross-functional relationships, translating business needs into analytical initiatives Required qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in analytics and data science, with 2-4+ years in a senior management role Proficient in SQL and Python, with experience in Tableau or similar BI tools Strong quantitative skills, including statistical modeling and experimental design Experience with Agile methodologies in an analytics context Hands-on experience with AI workflows and automation tools, specifically Claude Code and Claude Cowork
