About the Role:

Work Location: Shawano, WI (first shift; four 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday)

Production Assembly This position is a critical role focused on assembling components and products. The primary goal is to ensure that all assembly tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards to support continuous production flow. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment. The successful candidate will contribute to meeting production targets by performing repetitive assembly operations and inspecting finished products for defects. Minimum Qualifications:
