Banking experience is not required. We can teach you banking; we’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others.

What You’ll Do

Welcome customers with a smile and provide friendly, attentive service.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions accurately.
Listen to customers and help connect them with the right banking solutions.
Learn our products, services, technology, and banking procedures.
Build relationships with customers and become a trusted, familiar face in the community.
Work closely with your teammates to create a positive customer and employee experience.
Protect customer information and follow established security and compliance procedures.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Travel

Travel is not required.

Required Education and Experience

Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Prior banking experience is preferred.
Experience with computer use and Microsoft suite
