Note: Focus is on entry to mid-level candidates with hands-on support/logistics/calibration exposure.

Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

Description of work environment:

Onsite operational support role across multiple Brevard sites supporting calibration, asset tracking, and logistics functions

What is a typical workday?

Manage calibration work orders; Coordinate asset pickup, delivery, and shipping; Track and update asset status in METTEAM system; Generate logistics and asset reports; Support customer/internal communication; Work cross-functionally with departments on asset disposition.

Must- Haves (Hard Skills)

•              Basic calibration / metrology exposure

•              Logistics, inventory, or asset tracking experience

•              Experience managing work orders or reports

•              Microsoft Office proficiency

•              Valid driver’s license

Requires developing job knowledge/skills.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post- Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
