Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Qualifications RBT certification Strong communication skills Job Description: RBT must Implement treatment plans and interventions established by behavior analyst Provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques in the home, community, and/or school Manage and handle patients with behavioral problems Develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times; monitor Record and document observations of patient behavior Modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions Instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects Maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients Develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; and recognize and report any abuse Registered Behavior Technician Must pass criminal background check Reliable means of transportation with proof of car insurance Liability insurance Experience working with children/adolescents at least 1 year working in the field of ABA Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids Therapy Tower LLC
