Bright Smiles Community Clinic & Dental is seeking a skilled and mission-driven Endodontist to join our growing nonprofit dental network serving underserved and underinsured patients. Position: Endodontist

Location: Minneapolis & St. Cloud, MN (multi-site flexibility available)
Schedule: Full-time or 3–4 Day Option
Compensation:

• $500,000 guaranteed compensation (potential to earn more)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, emergencies, traumatic injury care, and related procedures

• Diagnose and manage pulpal pathology with compassion and efficiency

• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and educate patients on care options

• Collaborate with general dentists, dental therapists, assistants, and hygienists

• Maintain documentation aligned with state, Medicaid, and clinical standards

• Uphold infection control, HIPAA, and Board of Dentistry standards

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited institution

• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program

• Active Minnesota Dental License (or eligibility)

• Passion for serving underserved populations

• Commitment to high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care
