Our organization has been a trusted provider in the Puyallup Valley since 1990. We operate as a small, privately-owned practice dedicated to general medical and surgical dermatology, featuring an in-house Mohs lab and surgeon. Our team consists of both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, all committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The work schedule is flexible, with a commitment of 2-4 days per week, allowing for adaptability in patient load and clinic hours. Compensation is based on a percentage of production.

Our practice is supported by a dedicated and skilled staff, including clinical Medical Assistants, back-office Medical Assistants, and specialized human scribes.

• Deliver medical and surgical dermatology services, including biopsies, excisions, and skin cancer treatments.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with patients through tailored care.

• Efficiently manage patient documentation using the Modmed EMA EMR system.

• Provide compassionate and skilled care to all patients.

• Lead a team of Medical Assistants and Scribes effectively.

• Utilize the in-house pathology lab for readings, with additional support from dermatopathology specialists.

• Cosmetic services are available if desired, but not mandatory.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Washington.

• Strong surgical skills and comprehensive knowledge in medical dermatology.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities with a focus on fostering long-term patient relationships.

• Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Both new graduates and seasoned dermatologists are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $250,000 - $550,000 Annually (Percentage of Collections)
