Job Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading the strategic growth and execution of a brand portfolio. This role owns and implements end-to-end digital marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and support enterprise-wide goals for the organization. This individual must be a highly creative and proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results independently. A strong understanding of storytelling across digital platforms is essential, as is the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with diverse audiences. This role requires a hands‑on approach to digital execution, including content creation, channel management (paid media, social media, website, and email), performance reporting, and collaboration across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong executional skills and a data-driven mindset to grow audience reach, enhance digital engagement, and drive measurable marketing results. Primary Responsibilities The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Develop content calendars and allocate budgets for digital advertising; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics — analyzing success and identifying opportunities for future growth. Management of Google, Meta, and Tiktok advertising campaigns. Create and execute social media content strategies that drive engagement and increase brand awareness for our brands, while staying current with digital trends to enhance brand channels. Manage and update brand websites to keep content fresh and relevant, and facilitate updates and enhancements. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to strengthen our digital positioning. Proactively identify opportunities for personal and team upskilling in digital marketing to bring added value to the enterprise. Key Skills & Competencies Proficiency in paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite Proficiency in WordPress, WordPress plugins, Elementor framework, and Bricks framework is desirable Strong understanding of storytelling across digital platforms Ability to deliver high-quality creative assets Video editing experience for social media reels is a plus An understanding of Google Analytics is a plus Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of marketing and social media experience. Must be a proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented person, who can prioritize and follow through with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and at all levels of an organization. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, with a high degree of accountability, urgency, and responsibility. Must be a team player with a collaborative spirit and commitment to shared success.
