About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Global EHS&S to lead its Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability strategy and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of EHS management systems to ensure corporate EHS excellence and global compliance. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in an EHS&S leadership position within a multinational organization in the pharma industry or a similar high-hazard environment. The Vice President will be a key member of the Corporate EHS&S committee, leading the company-wide EHS&S policy, and driving a culture of safety, health, and environmental sustainability. The role also involves mentoring and collaborating with global and local EHS&S teams, integrating standard practices into daily operations, and leading the digital transformation of EHS&S, including the development of mobile applications and the integration of information management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong compliance mindset, develop strategies to achieve EHS&S objectives in line with business goals, and innovate programs to engage the workforce in EHS&S. Educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced knowledge in API and Bio-Pharmaceutical operations, and a sound understanding of global EHS regulatory requirements and ISO certifications. The Vice President, Head of Global EHS&S at the company will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the workforce, the public, and the environment. This is a senior leadership position that demands a proven track record in EHS&S, the ability to influence and lead at all levels of the organization, and a commitment to driving a culture of safety and compliance. The candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be dedicated to the company's mission of providing quality health solutions while upholding the highest EHS standards.
