Inventory Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to support inventory operations in a fast-paced lab and warehouse environment. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing material flow, and supporting engineers with parts and inventory requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity.
• Receive, store, organize, and track inventory materials.
• Pull, stage, and distribute parts for engineering teams.
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve root causes.
• Process returned, defective, and damaged materials (RMA/NCi).
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Distribution teams.
• Support warehouse organization, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with shipment issues, material transfers, and inventory control processes.
• Provide backup support for wafer inventory and material handling activities.
• Work in both warehouse and lab environments, including occasional cleanroom/lab suit use.

Required:

• 13 years of inventory control, purchasing, warehouse, or materials management experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Preferred:

• Experience with Kardex, Snap-on, or other Vertical Lift Module (VLM) systems.
• SAP experience.
• Experience performing inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Strong data entry, typing, and 10-key skills.

Education

• High School Diploma required.
