• Provide primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

Candidate requirements

• Must be a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a valid license to practice in New Hampshire.
• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited FNP program.
• 1-2 years of experience in family practice or primary care (preferred).
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• BLS certification is required.
