Integrated Payments Specialist

Job Responsibilities Manage client onboarding and activation of payment accounts Serve as the main contact for payment partners and PDDS sales support Coordinate payment token account transfers for new and existing clients Handle new payment location requests from clients Evaluate and optimize payment processes to improve activation speed, client experience, and revenue recognition Manage payment reporting and communicate insights internally and externally Lead regular meetings with payment vendors Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of experience in payment processing or acquiring Experience with SaaS relationship and account management Experience with merchant onboarding tasks Experience with software onboarding applications Salesforce experience preferred Additional Information Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job functions: Sales, Business, Education Industries: Wireless, Telecom, Communications Equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr Planet
