The Residential Wireman/Journeyman Electrician plays a vital role in residential electrical projects, working within small teams to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems. This role involves working on new construction, renovation, remodeling, and routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient electrical setups. The electrician follows standard daytime hours and typically travels locally or regionally between multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical wiring and circuit installation for residential projects
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical system issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Adhere to national and local electrical codes
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their electrical needs
• Collaborate closely with a small team (2-5 members) to complete projects efficiently
