Growing togetherSchedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am- 4:30pm, Fridays 7:30am- 1:30pmLocation: 624 S Tonopah Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89106Primary ResponsibilitiesGreeting and checking patients in and outAnswering and routing phone callsScheduling consultations, simulations, treatments, and follow-up appointmentsCoordinating referrals and obtaining medical recordsInsurance verification and authorization supportMaintaining accurate patient demographicsManaging physician schedulesReview of the appointment work queuesProviding excellent customer service to patients and familiesCollect co-pays and/or outstanding balances in accordance with office policiesWhat are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
