Other duties as assigned. + Completes necessary patient forms such as FMLA, disability, and letters of medical necessity. Assists the benefits team in obtaining authorizations for chemotherapy and infusion-related treatments. + Facilitates communication by answering voicemails, emails, texts, and Microsoft Teams messages. + Develops and implements individualized care plans for patients, coordinating various aspects of oncologic patient care. + Triages and treats cancer-related issues, including administering and monitoring chemotherapy treatments.
