Lead Caregiver or CNA $$ 18-20/hr for workers looking for 40 hours/week+++. Must meet all listed below to apply and the hourly rate is based on workers able to:

1. Do high skill pivot transfers, bed care, hoyer lift, use gait belt, give showers, manage dressing assistance
2. Manage and not be stressed by dementia client behaviors
3. Able to drive your car over our territory (reimbursement given) including from Cicero to Oswego, Warrenville to Bolingbrook/Joliet
4. Have excellent English skills to communicate in a professional manner
5. Wanting 40+hours/week daytimes including every other weekend
6. Willing to work all types and style of clients knowing you have promised steady work
7. Can train others to be as great as you are!!
8. This is an out in the field position- we are an honest agency. WE communicate and are upfront at all times. WE have been doing this nearly 17 years and value our workers. Come and see for yourself.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The usual- be 18, have a valid SS card
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable car to drive clients' homes throughout our ENTIRE territory
• Have caregiver or CNA level skills to bath, assist client with transfers hoyer/dementia experience for clients in home, assisted living or senior living community settings.
• We need a TB and CPR after 30 days hired (or earlier)

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
