Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set! Are you a high performer? We are looking for a high-performance player to join our team! You will either transfer them to one of our Agency Insurance Specialists or once licensed you provide a quote and close the sale! I need someone who can smile and dial, with an energetic fun personality who is not afraid to make a large volume of calls every day. Who You Are Calling Purchased leads (people requesting an insurance quote) Previous State Farm customers Cold-calling small business owners Calling complementary businesses (“Centers of Influence” – auto dealerships/sales, apartment rental office, realtors, mortgage brokers, etc.) What We Are Offering Part-time positions available with flexible hours and schedule. Base hourly pay plus several bonus opportunities. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!! We will train and guide you. Outbound telemarketing experience and success is preferred. Opportunity for growth.
