Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the night shift with occasional charge shifts. This position involves providing both direct and indirect patient care in a rural acute care hospital emergency setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive patient care that demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and professional accountability with minimal supervision.Utilize effective triage skills to assess and prioritize patient care safely, quickly, and accurately.Determine care priorities based on the physical and psychosocial needs of patients, as well as factors affecting patient flow within the emergency department.Communicate significant changes in patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic study results to Emergency Department physicians.Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient conditions or responses to treatments.Qualifications:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.Experience in emergency care preferred.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to make a difference in the lives of patients in an emergency care setting.
