Corporate Associate Attorney - M&A & Growth Equity Corporate Associate Attorney - M&A & Growth Equity Corporate Associate Attorney - M&A & Growth Equity Our client is a nationally recognized, highly regarded business law firm with a leading corporate practice focused on representing emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and innovative businesses. They are seeking a senior Corporate Associate to join their New York office, with a focus on M&A and Growth Equity transactions. Responsibilities: Represent venture-backed and emerging growth companies, investors, and venture capital funds in sophisticated corporate transactions Lead and execute M&A transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, and related matters) Advise investors and companies on late-stage and growth equity financings, secondary transactions, and liquidity events Serve as a primary attorney on transactions, managing matters from due diligence through negotiation and closing Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, disclosure schedules, and other transaction-related agreements Work with CEOs, boards of directors, general partners, and other senior-level client contacts Manage multiple complex transactions while working collaboratively with attorneys and clients across the firm Qualifications: JD class of 2020-2023 3-6+ years of corporate transactional experience Prior experience at a large or nationally recognized law firm Experience serving as a primary or lead attorney on M&A and/or growth equity transactions Admission to the New York State Bar, or eligibility to waive into New York #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
