Location: Margate, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Description: The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing evaluations and implementing treatment plans for patients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in various therapeutic techniques, including gait training and therapeutic exercises. A focus on patient care within a cohesive and engaged team environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities
• Provide gait training and mobility assistance
• Utilize various equipment including walkers, crutches, and braces

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Florida Physical Therapist License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn the Meditech documentation system
