Job Title: Bilingual Lead Facilitator & Coach
Location: Remote, with required onsite travel to Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico and Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
Work Model: Primarily virtual, with onsite delivery for two leadership workshops
Term: Approximately 24 weeks from kickoff; project-based contract
Rate Basis: $150/hour (1099 only)
Estimated Hours: Approximately 128 total hours; 64 hours per site
Travel Requirement: Required onsite for both two-day workshops as part of one combined 6-day trip covering Mexicali and Monterrey
Travel Reimbursement: Travel and lodging reimbursed at cost; hotel booked directly by client
Language Requirement: Bilingual English / Spanish required

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior Bilingual Lead Facilitator & Coach to lead delivery of a two-site leadership optimization engagement for a client in the data center manufacturing industry , supporting manufacturing site leadership teams in Mexicali and Monterrey . This role will serve as the primary client-facing delivery lead responsible for sponsor alignment, stakeholder interviews, findings synthesis, onsite workshop facilitation, roadmap development, cohort skill-building sessions, leadership coaching, and final handoff materials.

The Lead Facilitator & Coach will own the end-to-end participant and sponsor experience at both sites, ensuring the engagement is delivered professionally, consistently, and in both English and Spanish as needed. This role requires strong executive presence, the ability to facilitate sensitive leadership discussions, and the coaching depth to help site leaders translate insights into practical behavior change.

The ideal candidate is a polished bilingual facilitator and executive coach who can confidently engage senior plant and business leaders, synthesize stakeholder input into actionable themes, and guide leadership teams through structured working sessions that result in clear priorities, commitments, and roadmaps for success.

Key ResponsibilitiesSponsor Alignment & Engagement Setup

• Facilitate sponsor alignment sessions for each site to confirm scope, success criteria, stakeholder expectations, and desired outcomes.

• Partner with site sponsors to align on engagement objectives, timing, stakeholder participation, interview approach, workshop outcomes, and deliverables.

• Establish clear expectations for stakeholder interviews, findings readouts, workshop participation, coaching cadence, and roadmap development.

• Build credibility with senior site leaders through professional, consultative communication.

• Ensure each site begins with a shared understanding of the process, outcomes, and leadership commitments required for success.

Stakeholder Interviews & Discovery

• Develop a structured interview guide tailored to each site’s leadership team, operating environment, culture, and engagement objectives.

• Support selection of interviewees in partnership with site sponsors.

• Conduct up to 20 structured 1-on-1 stakeholder interviews per site, approximately 30 minutes each.

• Facilitate interviews in English or Spanish as needed.

• Capture insights related to leadership behaviors, communication norms, team dynamics, operating challenges, strengths, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.

• Create a professional interview environment that encourages candid, constructive input from stakeholders.

Findings Synthesis & Sponsor Readout

• Synthesize interview input into clear themes, insights, opportunities, and implications for each site.

• Develop a findings deck that organizes stakeholder feedback into practical, leadership-focused takeaways.

• Identify common patterns, alignment gaps, communication opportunities, behavioral themes, and site-specific priorities.

• Present findings through a sponsor huddle or readout before workshop delivery.

• Ensure findings are positioned constructively and connected to action-oriented workshop outcomes.

Workshop Design & Facilitation

• Build and tailor workshop agendas, materials, exercises, and facilitation guides for each site.

• Facilitate a two-day onsite leadership workshop at each site.

• Lead workshop activities including Four Corners / Social Styles exercises, Vertiv Leadership Model discussion, prioritization, and roadmap development.

• Facilitate in English and Spanish as needed to support participant engagement and understanding.

• Manage group dynamics, encourage participation, navigate sensitive discussions, and keep the group focused on practical outcomes.

• Create an engaging, structured, and action-oriented workshop experience for site leaders.

Roadmap Development & Sponsor Sign-Off

• Guide site leaders through development of a practical roadmap for success.

• Ensure roadmap actions include clear priorities, named owners, target dates, and accountability expectations.

• Translate workshop outcomes into structured follow-up materials that support implementation.

• Secure sponsor alignment and sign-off on the roadmap for each site.

• Ensure roadmap commitments are realistic, actionable, and connected to the engagement’s success criteria.

Cohort Skill Building

• Design and deliver a four-session Cohort Skill Building series for each site.

• Focus each session on one Vertiv leadership competency or related behavioral theme.

• Deliver sessions virtually for the full cohort, typically 30–60 minutes each.

• Develop session materials, discussion prompts, and practical application exercises.

• Reinforce workshop concepts and help leaders apply behavioral insights in day-to-day interactions.

1-on-1 Coaching

• Deliver 1-on-1 coaching for up to six leaders per site.

• Provide six 30-minute coaching sessions per leader.

• Support leaders in applying workshop concepts, social style insights, leadership model behaviors, and roadmap commitments.

• Adapt coaching approach to each leader’s goals, challenges, communication style, and development needs.

• Maintain appropriate confidentiality while supporting the broader engagement outcomes.

• Help leaders translate insight into practical behavior change and follow-through.

Project Closeout & Final Handoff

• Own project closeout and final handoff materials for each site.

• Summarize engagement outcomes, roadmap commitments, major themes, lessons learned, and recommended next steps.

• Ensure all final materials are organized, professional, and ready for sponsor review.

• Partner with the Support Analyst to confirm interview notes, roadmap documentation, attendance tracking, materials, and closeout documentation are complete.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, including facilitation and 1-on-1 coaching contexts.

• Senior facilitation and executive coaching experience.

• Experience leading sponsor conversations with senior leaders, plant leadership, executive stakeholders, or C-suite audiences.

• Experience with social styles, behavioral frameworks, or similar leadership assessment / development approaches.

• Familiarity with Four Corners-style behavioral frameworks using task / people and tell / ask dimensions.

• Experience working with leadership competency models and translating them into practical development activities.

• Strong ability to synthesize interview findings into themes, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.

• Strong workshop design, group facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to travel internationally to Mexico.

• Valid passport and comfort with international travel and border-crossing logistics.
