Better Together is seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Support Manager to support families in crisis through the Better Families Program across Central East Florida, including Palm Beach County. This role focuses on assessing family needs, matching families with volunteer host and mentor families, developing individualized support plans, and providing ongoing coaching to help families achieve stability and reunification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
