Experience drafting and negotiating professional services or other cloud commercial agreements. Preferred qualifications: Experience directly supporting an enterprise business team. Knowledge of AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, IP, professional services, and regulatory matters relevant to enterprise cloud transactional legal work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple agreements and projects simultaneously in a changing environment. Advise global Cloud Consulting and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) teams on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and legal compliance. Draft templates, terms, playbooks, and create enablement materials to accelerate consulting and FDE engagements. Scale legal support for Cloud human services by training and enabling sellers, sales legal and other key stakeholders to support consulting and FDE agreements effectively. Take on special projects to provide programmatic support for general Cloud GTM needs. Partner with Cloud sales legal to support complex customer agreements for consulting or FDE teams.
