Sales Engineer

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Engineer to join our team. This role bridges technical expertise with customer service and sales support, playing a key role in managing the full sales cycle, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Review transformer specifications and generate proposals, including pricing and technical drawing submittals. Provide timely responses to customer technical inquiries and coordinate internal support as needed. Participate in product training to develop deep knowledge of transformer technology and industry applications. Inside Sales Manage the complete sales cycle from initial quote to order processing. Provide technical product information and follow up on quotes and inbound leads. Enter data into the CRM system (Salesforce preferred). Document competitive intelligence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in industry training to enhance market and application knowledge. Customer Service Respond promptly to customer requests for quotations. Process purchase orders, including timely customer acknowledgments and internal coordination. Manage internal project workflows, coordinating with engineering, production, and shipping teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Electrical Engineering strongly preferred. 2–3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application engineering, or customer support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with quoting or estimating is a plus. Customer service orientation and ability to work cross-functionally. Team-first attitude.
