Within 2+ years our Management Trainee candidates undergo an adventurous, extensive, real-world training curriculum which will equip them with the tools and abilities to confidently lead their own multi-million dollar Greentech Renewables location. You'll be acquiring knowledge inSolar Electricity Fundamentals, Warehouse Protocols and Operations, Customer Service Sales, Inventory & Purchasing, Outside Sales & Business Development, and Operations experience. Throughout your training you will be traveling to other locations to attend seminars which will provide pertinent knowledge on our industry's best practices, technology, financial, and legal components. This is not your ordinary trainee program where you’re shadowing someone, learning bits and pieces of the business over time. In the fast paced world of Solar Distribution, you’ll be given daily tasks and responsibilities that add major value to our company and our clients. Greentech Renewables (GTR) is one of the largest Solar distributors in the nation and is gearing up for a future world where solar power will be implemented nearly everywhere and we need the brightest, hungriest, humblest candidates to become the future leaders of our company.
