Position at a Glance:

• Work Location: UPMC Chautauqua, 207 Foote Ave, Jamestown, NY 14701
• Status: Full Time
• Immigration Status Considered: J1 sponsorship (2027) available; H1B candidates welcome to apply
• Schedule: Monday - Friday: Day shifts, no travel between sites. Weekdays and Weekends shared equally among Radiologists, 1:4 on average
• Compensation Package Includes:
  • Onsite Sign-On Bonus : $100,000 for this full-time, onsite position
  • Telerad Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for this full time position
  • Productivity Incentive: No cap on Physicians' ability to earn a productivity incentive.
  • Quality Incentive, Retention Incentive & Onsite Incentives: Eligible to earn an additional $40,000 in incentive compensation
  • CME Funds
• Work-Life Balance: No call! Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and CME Days
• Leadership Opportunity: Radiology Medical Directorship available dependent upon experience
• Breast Imaging preferred, but not required

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• American Board Eligible, American Board Certified or Canadian Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification
• A commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering the highest quality care in a compassionate, professional environment

UPMC Hamot provides administrative and business support services to Great Lakes Physician Practice, which employs more than 50 physicians and 20 advanced practice providers including Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Nephrology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Women's Health, Orthopaedics, Aesthetics, and Neurosurgery. The GLPP network has 12 locations, with the largest facilities in Fredonia and a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown.

Minimum Salary Range: $532,000 minimum | Maximum Salary Range: $600,000 maximum (dependent upon onsite vs telerad).
