Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab | Reading, PA

Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and personable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional resident care while helping meet the personal needs and comfort of our residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Pay Rate

$18.75-$20.25 per hour
Available Shifts

• Full-Time and Part-Time
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care policies and procedures while ensuring resident safety and well-being
• Demonstrate the skills necessary to care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs, when applicable
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and other activities of daily living according to their individualized care plans
• Ensure residents are out of bed and participating in daily routines as outlined in their care plans
• Work under the direction of the Charge Nurse and collaborate as an active member of the interdisciplinary care team
• Interact with residents, families, coworkers, and clinical staff in a professional, compassionate, and respectful manner
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality resident care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program and competency examination
• Must provide proof of certification upon hire
