Duties:
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and payment arrangements
- Process payments and update account records accurately
- Maintain detailed notes and documentation of collection activities
- Resolve billing discrepancies and answer customer account questions
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection regulations
- Collaborate with accounting and customer service teams as needed
