HIRING CONSTRUCTION LABOR/TECHNICIANS

ENTRY LEVEL TO JOURNEYMAN - MULTIPLE POSITIONS OPEN

40-50 hours a week, possible travel if wanted

Pay $18-25/hr

Location: Waterloo, Cedar Falls & Hudson, IA

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team in carpentry, insulation and concrete labor positions. This position involves carpentry, insulation, and concrete work. Ideal candidates will have experience in these areas and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installation, and finishing.
• Install insulation materials in various structures.
• Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, and other related tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpentry, insulation, and concrete work preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to travel for projects (optional).

Work Environment

Commercial and industrial construction job sites, usually working with 2-5 other employees. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a t-shirt or sweatshirt. Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 10-hour days from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with varying start/stop times.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
