The ideal candidate will have experience treating clients with substance use disorders as well as general psychiatric disorders. The successful candidate will ideally be in-person sitting in our Manchester, NH facility, or can be performed remotely, and reports into our Chief Medical Officer. Please note, this position is part time (up to 20 hours/week), and the typical compensation range is $75-90/hr, depending on experience.What you'll be doing:Provide psychiatric care, including admission evaluations, follow-ups, and urgent and emergent consultations to individuals for general psychiatry as well as substance use disorder specifically.Provide consultation to non-prescribing mental health staff and medical staff about diagnosis, treatment and/or the need for psychiatric medicationParticipate in team meetings with the treatment staffRegularly participates in the creation of individual treatment plans for patients, and reviews plans already in placeDocument all activities in the electronic medical record in a timely, concise, and clear mannerHow we define success:2+ years experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license in NH, and a current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)Must possess a current DEA numberWhy Forge?The opportunity:Our team refuses to compromise on integrity, and we look for talented, driven hard workers who hold the same passion for the pursuit of high quality, evidence-based mental health and substance use care that we do.
